Meadows Park, which has been undergoing substantial renovations since July 2023, is set to reopen on April 26, 2024 with a brand-new look and feel.

Notable upgrades to the park’s amenities and infrastructure include:

2 dog parks with play equipment
1 new children’s playground
1 new shade structure
4 shade sails over the picnic area
3 new pickleball courts and a half basketball court
Remodel of the on-site restrooms
New fencing, lighting, landscaping and hardscaping

The project’s total construction cost is $1.41 million, funded by Penny for Pasco sales tax dollars. Its completion underscores the city’s dedication to offering exceptional community spaces that foster connected, active living for everyone.
