FEMA Workers Going Door-to-Door in Pasco County

Per Pasco County Emergency Management, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) workers are canvassing West Pasco County neighborhoods to encourage those affected by Hurricane Idalia to sign up for federal assistance.  FEMA staff will be wearing official identification and will provide contact information for verification.  There is no fee to apply for or to receive disaster assistance from FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration or the State of Florida.  Remember, Federal, State and County government employees will never approach you in your home for cash payments.  To register for disaster assistance online, please visit: DisasterAssistance.gov.  To register by phone, call: 800-621-FEMA (3362).
