Policy For Submitting Public Records Requests

To make a New Port Richey Police Department public records request: All police public records requests and background checks can be requested in person or using our online JustFOIA portal. The New Port Richey Police Department maintains a public records tracking system for processing requests. For convenience and tracking, we recommend using our JustFOIA portal.

All Police records and background checks requested in person can be submitted to our Records Division during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (holidays excluded). A list of appropriate records custodians can be found here Chapter 119 Notifications(PDF, 64KB).
