The City has identified an issue affecting automatic payments (auto-pay) for Solid Waste Collection Fees for the billing period October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. We are working diligently to correct the issue and will notify customers once it has been resolved.
Please note that no penalties or late fees will be applied as a result of this issue.
