The City has identified an issue affecting automatic payments (auto-pay) for Solid Waste Collection Fees for the billing period October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. We are working diligently to correct the issue and will notify customers once it has been resolved. Please note that no penalties or late fees will be applied as a result of this issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter promptly.
You can pay your utility bill online 24/7 without incurring any processing charges at this time. To make your payment online or set up your online account visit our Online payment page. If you are registering your account for first time access, please click the Create Password link to start the registration process. While at the site, you can also view your summary account information. All information is encrypted. Payments received after normal business hours will be processed the next business day. Please have the following information ready before you login:
- A copy of your bill as you will need your account number
- Credit card type, account number and expiration date
