Accounts Received Clerk

The purpose of the job is to perform accounting work in all facets of governmental finance, including revenue and accounts receivable accounts. The purpose of the job is also to perform account keeping and related clerical tasks within defined limits, specifically as it relates to Accounts Receivable, and to perform a variety of clerical duties incidental to Finance Department functions.

Fitness Center Supervisor

This position is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Fitness Center at the Recreation and Aquatic Center and the supervision and training of staff within the Fitness Center. Grounds Maintenance Field Supervisor

The Grounds Maintenance Field Supervisor will be tasked with organizing, directing, supervising, and controlling park operations, to include maintenance of parks and recreations facilities, grounds, and buildings by ensuring building, electrical, plumbing, grounds, and equipment are in good repair, clean, safe, orderly, and compliant with applicable regulations. Supervising Maintenance Staff.

Landscape Maintenance Worker I

Semi-skilled manual labor position in connection with general maintenance and upkeep of park grounds, facilities, and buildings. Performs routine duties under limited supervision. Operates and assists with maintaining light-duty construction/maintenance equipment required in the performance of duties.

This entry level position participates in the day to day operations to include facility and grounds maintenance.

Maintenance Worker I - Grounds Maintenance

This entry level position participates in the day to day operations of the Parks Division to include facility and grounds maintenance.

Provide law enforcement service inside the corporate limits of New Port Richey, Florida.

Patrol Officer - Part Time

This is a generalized public safety position and the work is in the prevention of crime, protection of life and property and apprehension of criminal offenders.

Planner/Senior Planner

Under general supervision, responsible for a variety of tasks associated with professional level planning work in conducting independent studies, completing planning projects, and regulating the growth and development of the City in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan and other statutes, ordinances, and regulations related to land use and community development.

School Crossing Guard

To control traffic as necessary in order for children to safely cross the street while they are going to and from school.

Summer Camp Counselor

To provide directed and supervised recreational activities for children ages six through twelve during summer day camp.

Utilities Mechanic I

Semi-skilled work to varying degrees of skilled work in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water distribution, reclaimed water distribution and sewage collection systems. Employees in this class perform a wide variety of manual laboring tasks including the operation of construction equipment in connection with the construction and maintenance of the utility systems.

Utilities Mechanic II

Semi-skilled work to varying degrees of skilled work in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water distribution, reclaimed water distribution and sewage collection systems may also be required. Employees in this class perform a wide variety of manual laboring tasks including the operation of construction equipment in connection with the construction and maintenance of the utility systems.
