Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration

The African American Club of Pasco County presents the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration on Monday, January 19th from 10:30am-12:30pm at the Historic Booker T. Washington Schoolhouse at 6105 Pine Hill Rd., Port Richey, FL 34668.

At 10:30am, participants will gather at the Union Missionary Baptist Church, 6235 Pine Hill Rd, Port RIchey, FL 34668 and join in a symbolic march to the Historic Booker T. Washington Schoolhouse. 

At 11:00am, the program will begin.  There will be special guest speakers, spoken word, entertainment and refreshments. 

To culminate the celebration, at 1:00pm, the Richey Suncoast Theatre, 6237 Grand Boulevard, NPR, FL, will be offering complementary popcorn and showing Martin Luther King Jr.'s speeches on the big screen! 

All are invited to share in this celebration to help foster...Unity. Community. Hope.
