Free Comic Book Day returns to downtown New Port Richey on Saturday, May 2, starting at 10 a.m. at Six Strings and Superheroes. This annual event features thousands of free comics from major publishers including Marvel, DC, Image, and IDW.
Attendees can expect bags full of comics, appearances by comic artists Sergio Cariello, Scott Reed, and Scott Spillman, and prize drawings for cosplayers. Select comic bags will also include surprise gift cards from local downtown businesses.
Free parking is available behind the shop and in nearby city lots, with shuttle service from the Main Street parking garage.
