Chuck comes to New Port Richey to serve as the Economic Development Director. He was selected to serve in this position given his notable successes in the development of business and real estate strategies.
Throughout his 21 year career, he has held such positions as President and Founder of a brokerage firm, Director of Business Development, Commercial Real Estate Broker, Vice President of Real Estate and various other leadership positions. Additionally, he has advised municipalities in real estate disputes, as well as been a guest speaker at CEO and executive forums-advising on succession, business, merger, acquisition, financing, and other strategies while leveraging real estate.
His experience has encompassed the advisements of: REITS, publicly traded companies, private equity firms, private businesses, individual investors, tenants, landlords, and municipalities. He has consulted on every real estate asset class, across various states, including but not limited to: multi-family, office, flex, industrial, retail, hospitality, and medical uses.
