Vendor Registration System
The City of New Port Richey has implemented a system of vendor registration by service code classification in an effort to improve its service solicitation process. It is hoped that this system will allow us to more effectively identify active vendors for the many services we require while at the same time permitting us to eliminate non responsive or disinterested parties from our mailing lists.
Those firms who respond to the notice will be placed on an active bidders list for various services, which they have listed and will receive notice of applicable bid solicitations related to those indicated services. They will remain in our files until such time as they fail to respond in some manner to two or more applicable bid notifications. Vendors removed from our files for nonresponse will be required to complete the registration process again at such future time as they become interested in actively bidding on city requirements. All registered vendors will be asked to periodically update their registration forms
