This division is responsible for all construction-related activities including construction review, permitting, and inspections. The City of New Port Richey requires a permit for most construction activities including(but not limited to): Window replacement Door replacement Tree removal Fence Driveways
As a homeowner, you may obtain a building permit for work you are doing on your home. However, unless you reside in your home, a licensed contractor must do the work.
